❌ Non Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product itself
  • Products that are not in their original, unused, and sealed condition

⚠️ All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition with the original packaging fully intact.

Cash refunds are not offered. You may request an exchange or receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product. Shipping fees are not included.

If you choose a replacement that is higher in price, the difference must be paid before the new item is dispatched.

If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your bank account or original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.
